Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you and your pet to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, here's how we can help you.

1. Return Period

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date (the day the package arrives) to request a return or exchange.

2. Product Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the bottle must meet the following conditions:

Be in its original packaging and with all its labels.

Show no signs of use (for hygiene reasons, it should not have been used with real water or food if it is being returned due to a change of mind).

Include all its accessories (carrying strap and compartments).

3. Reasons for Return

Manufacturing Defect or Damage in Transit: If the bottle arrives broken, leaking, or the locking mechanism does not work, the exchange or refund will be 100% free of charge for you.

Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, you can return it, but the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the product at our inspection center and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

The money will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank (usually 5 to 10 business days).

5. How to start the process?

It's very simple, just follow these steps:

Attach a photo of the product (especially if it's due to a defect).

We will send you shipping instructions or the return label as appropriate.
