1. Delivery Times

We understand you want to start using your portable bottle as soon as possible. Our timeline is as follows:

Order Processing: 24 to 48 business hours (payment validation and packaging preparation).

Transit Time: Once dispatched, the package will take an additional 5 to 9 days.

Maximum Guaranteed Period: You will receive your product within a maximum of 11 business days after your purchase confirmation.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated during checkout based on your location.

3. Real-time Tracking

We want you to be at ease. Therefore:

You can check the status of your delivery 24/7 on our website or the carrier's portal.

4. Coverage

We deliver worldwide, including residential areas and offices.

Note: For rural or hard-to-reach areas, delivery time may be slightly extended, but we will always keep you informed.

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier service will make up to two attempts to deliver to the provided address.

If delivery is not successful after these attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouses, and a new shipment will need to be arranged (with additional cost).

6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information. Any address error must be reported within the first 12 hours after purchase.

Damaged Package: If you notice that the packaging is compromised or damaged upon receiving the bottle, please take a photo before opening it and contact us immediately.
